The Editor window, and Result page, the content from a prior copy-n-paste in the top line appears.

Oops; paste operations in the result view (and all other read-only components) are definitely illegal. That has been fixed, and I have further aligned the behavior of the two component types [1]. Thanks! Christian [1] https://files.basex.org/releases/latest/
