Maybe we should drop the shrinked representation of the original query string from the Info View (and the command-line output) as it seems to be confusing. In most cases, it’s redundant anyway.

I suggest to take a closer look at the differences from a display like “``["line 1 line 2 line 3"]``” in comparison to the mentioned test example. Would you find any other representation more appropriate here?
