Dear Xia Qu,
the XQJ API is not ready to connect to the BaseXServer yet. Perhaps it will be developed in future. You can use our own APIs to connect to the server like in the server examples on this page: http://www.inf.uni-konstanz.de/dbis/basex/sources.php
