Hi Christian, I added the elements <filter> and <filter-mapping> (see link below) to the web.xml in BaseX. I tried to put them both as children of <web-app> and then as children of servlet (RESTXQ), but neither seems to work. I tried to see whether the content was gzipped using Chrome (Developer), but I was not able to see the specification that the content was gzipped (in the Response Headers section). Thanks.
