You need to download the Xerces2 Java 2.12.1 (XML Schema 1.1) variant: Xerces-J-bin.2.12.1-xml-schema-1.1.zip .

I downloaded the Xerces2 Java 2.12.1, but could not find the following jar files: org.eclipse.wst.xml.xpath2.processor_1.2.0.jar, cupv10k-runtime.jar
