Hi, there are a number of options how to set the serialization options, e.g. by putting them into the prolog of a query, e.g. declare option output:method "csv"; You can find out more about the serialization options and also one example using CSV at our documentation at https://docs.basex.org/wiki/Serialization Cheers, Dirk On 09/03/14 23:17, kleinempfaenger@hotmail.com wrote:
Hi, thanks for your answer, How can I serialize the output as CSV? Could you please link a simple xquery-documentary. Greetings

Hello,
no, I don't think that's possible at the moment. However, you could write a little XQuery and serialize the result as CSV, giving you exact control over which element and nodes you will have in your result set. You can then save the output and e.g. import into something like Excel or Libreoffice Calc.

Hi, nice program. I didn't find a way to print out the table view of my xml file, or better export it to pdf (on Linux, virtual printers installed). Is that possible? Greetings and thanks. kl
