I'm experiencing some issue(s) when using BaseX... wanted to report it here, but not sure what information you need.

I'm accessing baseX via python. Attached is some code that reproduces it for me. It doesn't seem to occur when I am not manually flushing, and only seems to occur with replace, but not add.

How should I proceed?
