It resolved the return xslt:processor(), xslt:version() call.
It correctly returns now the following:
Saxon EE
3.0
 
http://docs.basex.org/wiki/Xslt_Module
It still says "… XSLT 2.0 is used instead if Version 9.x of the Saxon XSLT Processor…"

As Martin has already indicated, you have access to all XSLT 3.0 features with BaseX. And as you have suggested, I have just updated the returned constants. A new snapshot will be available soon.
