thanks for your hint to the Qizx function. Currently, token positions are processed and visualized in the frontend of BaseX, which means that the existing information could as well be processed within XQuery. I'm not sure yet, however, what's the most elegant way to do it. I've increased the priority for this on our desired-features list (which seems to continuously grow instead of shrink…).
