When installing package (XqueryModule): 'test.xqm' then the already installed package: 'testSet.xqm' will be deleted from the installedPackageSet.

Package: 'testSet.xqm' has to be reïnstalled.

I don't think this is wanted behavior.

My guess is that it has something to do with versionstripping from the file name.

Can you have a look at it?
