Hi, I just noticed that when using a config with following settings: # Local Options DTD = true CATFILE = C:\Program Files\Oxygen XML Editor 18\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT\catalog-dita.xml CHOP = false Then all output (e.g. in the DBA) will not be indented anymore. Bug? Or am I missing another Option? Best, Max

New subject: XML files are not indented anymore with DTD = true and CATFILE
Hi Max,
CHOP = false
Then all output (e.g. in the DBA) will not be indented anymore. Bug?
This is a feature, not a bug: If CHOP is set to false, the original indentation is preserved, and documents won’t be indented during serialization (because this might destroy the original indentation). However, you can overwrite this behavior via "indent=yes". Hope this helps Christian
