The ZIP, EXE and JAR snapshots can be found at: http://files.basex.org/releases/latest/ In the past, we didn't offer Maven artifacts for BaseX snapshots; this has now been changed as well: http://files.basex.org/maven/org/basex/basex/ http://files.basex.org/maven/org/basex/basex-api/ Btw, the latest snapshot includes a small optimization that will speed up many calls to the XQuery fn:count() function by orders of magnitudes (this fix didn't make it into the official release anymore).
