Swiss Stata Users Group meeting 2018 ==================================== The Swiss Stata Users Group meeting 2018 will be held on 25 October 2018 at ETH Zurich. The meeting provides Stata users from across Switzerland and the world the opportunity to share experiences with the software and information on new commands. David M. Drukker, Executive Director of Econometrics at StataCorp, will attend, and there will be the usual "Wishes and grumbles" session, at which you may air your thoughts to Stata developers. Anyone interested in Stata is welcome. Call for presentations ---------------------- Does your research rely on Stata? Do you have insights that would enlighten colleagues in your field? Prepare your abstract for the 2018 Swiss Stata Users Group meeting. Presentation topics include but are not limited to - discussions of community-contributed commands; - case studies of research or teaching using Stata; - discussions of data management problems; - reviews of analytic issues; and - surveys or critiques of Stata facilities in specific fields. The work presented at the symposium can be early stage, but should be methodically sound and provide either preliminary insights into an interesting research question or first inductively-reached conclusions of systematic patterns of bias in the dataset.
