The fifth Swiss Stata Conference takes place on November 21, 2025, at the University of Bern. Several speakers have already been confirmed, among them are Jeff Pitblado from StataCorp, Jan Ditzen from Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Blaise Melly from University of Bern, Asjad Naqvi from the Austrian Institute for Economic Research, and Mark E. Schaffer from Heriot-Watt University.
Call for Presentations
The conference welcomes a variety of presentations:
* Research relying on applied statistics or econometrics from all fields using Stata to perform the analysis. We welcome submissions in all fields, including economics, business, management, and health sciences. * Approaches to using Python within Stata. * Experiences with teaching statistics using Stata. * Presentations of new community-contributed commands.
If you are interested in presenting, please submit the title and abstract of your presentation to info@ritme.chmailto:info@ritme.ch or ben.jann@unibe.chmailto:ben.jann@unibe.ch. Include your name, affiliation, and phone number. If your presentation has multiple authors, please identify the presenter. Presenters will not be charged a conference fee.
The deadline for submissions is September 12, 2025.
