Dear colleagues,

GESIS offers two workshops designed to enhance hypothesis evaluation and research robustness:

·       Applied Multiverse Analysis with Stata and R (24. - 26.02.2025) addresses how researchers' analytical decisions impact hypothesis tests and research outcomes. The workshop offers a systematic approach to assess the robustness of findings across various possible analytic choices and increase the transparency of your research.

·       Synthesizing Evidence: Aggregating Support for your Hypothesis across Studies (08. - 10.04.2025) focuses on combining findings from multiple studies, including those with heterogeneous designs. Learn to conduct systematic reviews, evaluate informative hypotheses, and aggregate support with methods beyond traditional meta-analysis.

Warning: Side effects of these workshops may include uncontrollable urges to reanalyze old data, compulsive evidence-synthesizing behavior, and improved research quality.

The complete schedule of GESIS Training courses is available online. Should you have any queries or seek further guidance, please do not hesitate to reach out (alisa.remizova@gesis.org). Thank you for disseminating this announcement to other inquisitive minds.

May all your hypotheses come true,
Your GESIS Training Team
