Liebe Kolleg*innen, anbei ein Call for Paper für den Workshop „Skills and Qualifications for a Digitalized Future (SKILLS’23)“ im Rahmen der Konferenz “Informatik 2023”. Die Konferenz findet vom 26.-29.09.2023 in Berlin (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft) statt. Das Hauptziel des Workshops ist es, eine interdisziplinäre Perspektive auf die Informatik und ihre Beziehung zur Gesellschaft und zum Arbeitsmarkt zu werfen: Welche Kompetenzen/Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen sind in Zukunft wichtig? Welche werden für den Aufbau einer digitalen und nachhaltigen Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft benötigt? Willkommen sind aktuelle Studien aus den Sozial-, Wirtschafts- und Geisteswissenschaften mit Bezug zur Informatik und mit einem Fokus auf Bildung, Arbeitsmarkt, Qualifikationen und Erwachsenenbildung. Aber auch methodische Beiträge sind erwünscht, zu z. B.: - Data Science Methoden zur Analyse von Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktdaten - KI-Ansätze für Empfehlungssysteme und digitalisiertes Lernen - Diskussionen über digitale Daten des Themengebietes, ihre Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und Kombinationsmöglichkeiten - Kombinationsmöglichkeiten von quantitativen und qualitativen Daten unter Berücksichtigung von Anonymisierung und Datenschutz Einreichungsfrist ist der 15.05.23. The conference will take place from 26-29.09.2023 in Berlin (Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft). The main aim of the workshop is to take an interdisciplinary perspective on computer science and its relationship with society and the labour market: What skills and qualifications will be important in the future? Which are needed to build a digital and sustainable society and economy? Recent studies from social sciences, economics and humanities related to computer science and with a focus on education, labour market, qualifications and adult education/training are particularly welcome. We also welcome methodological contributions, such as - Data science methods for analysing education and labour market data. - AI approaches for recommendation systems and digital learning - Discussions on digital data in the theme, their quality, reliability and combination possibilities - Possible combinations of quantitative and qualitative data, taking into account anonymisation and data protection.
